Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior return authorization.  We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or vendor error and must be claimed with five days of receipt of shipments.  Product returned for any other reason then defect or vendor error must be shipping prepaid and will result in a 20% restocking fee.  The original shipping cost will not be refunded since it was used to send the item out in the first place.  Items returned must be in original, new condition or refunds will be denied.
